Old marble tiles that go half way up wall around 3 walls to be removed and walls will need replastering. Full bathroom refit - replacement bath with shower thermo mixer taps - we have a combi boiler
Vanity Unit with recessed basin. Underfloor heating = 2m2 and porcelain tiles to be laid.
Bath screen to be fitted.
Tiling floor to ceiling = max 16-17m2 with large tiles and poss mosaic border trim. Replace and fit heated towel rail. False ceiling with 4 spotlights. Extractor fan. So some electrics required for this.
Corner mirrored cabinet to be fitted.
Quote to include labour and some materials.
We will provide - bathroom suite/towel rail/tiles/basin & vanity unit/grout/tiling trim/spotlights/false ceiling/underfloor heating/extractor fan/thermostatic mixer & shower rail/bath screen. We would like bathroom to be done within 2 week period if at all possible - sorry not sure what is a realistic timescale. We cannnot change start date.
