I have an ongoing rodent problem in the attic space above my downstairs bathroom. They have chewed through cables so that the shower no longer works. As the problem is ongoing, you’d need to be aware that it’s not a particularly nice area to go into, and the smell is quite bad from the rodents. Many thanks
