Conversion of an existing, single-storey, brick-built double garage (≈35m2) into an accessible living space. To include a Kitchen/Diner/Living area, Wet room and Master bedroom.

Working Drawings have been drawn, submitted and approved by the LA. I would like to have the work start asap, following quotation and would kindly request a detailed schedule of required works.

Conversion will not involve extension in any way, other than the addition of an accessible ramp. There is an existing power supply, however it will require a full re-wire. Water will need to be run as well as Gas potentially, although LPG bottles could be used. Insulation, for both floor and walls, a Boiler and possibly a Macerator will be needed.

Garage is located roughly 20 metres from the main dwelling and a possible 30 metres from the main road.
