looking to modernise kitchen- rip out and fit new units sink etc, gas hob, elec oven. i will buy units need someone to fit. futher to this, i am looking to have the floor tiled and the walls tiles/skimmed painted as needed.

part of the kitchen is flat roof...approx 2m square which i would like make pitch roof.
