I will rate Lee and his team 9.5/10. In summary, highly recommended to anyone (as a matter of fact he has already done another job down the street).
Lee is very fast in delivering the project. All other builders told me my project needs 6 months to complete but Lee managed to complete it within 3 months so we managed to move in before winter and my son enjoys his Christmas in the new house.
Lee is also a very knowledgeable person, we have encountered some structural problems which my architects missed. Lee addressed them and my structural engineer told me that Lee's calculation was the same as his.
Nikki has also been helpful during the project in sorting out some of my additional requests. Overall, very lovely persons to work with.
I deducted 0.5 points because some of his sub-contractors' work quality needs improve. I held my feedback for 6 months to see whether there are any problems not identified at completion. There were some bits and pieces I needed to sort out myself on joineries, shower rooms, sockets and kitchen fitting etc. This altogether resulted roughly a day worth of DIY and around £500 additional cost as I don't really bother getting the subbies back cause this could take ages. Having said that, these additional effort and cost is peppercorn compared to the entire project, and I guess no one can complete a job to perfection. So overall, very happy and highly recommended.
