Roof repairs, tiles and joins on apex roof - Roofing (Pitched) job in Birmingham, West Midlands

Job description

We believe we may have a few slipped tiles and the mortar may need replacing where the apex roof joins the straight part of the roof.

Some evidence that water has recently tracked into the front bedroom along the beam that enters into the bedroom and rests on the main wall of the outer wall. So my main priority is to stop the rain getting in as soon as possible.

We cannot see anything in the loft that seems amiss but as we have a lot of clutter up there. It's a bit hard to see anything near the lowest part of the loft.

We did have 8 tiles replaced a few summers ago.

I may be able to add photos later.

Brilliant work very happy with the roof care and the new PVC facias.
The guys were friendly and respectful. We had a delay with the work commencing due to the horrendous weather causing a knock on affect for the work before ours that was scheduled, but this was not a problem.
John was very clear about his plan of action and any concerns we had were addressed. They even left a small hole above the facia for the birds who nest in the eaves of our roof. They soon moved in and have been chirping away ever since.
Sorry I'm so late leaving a review but you know how it is there is always DIY work to be done too. :)
