I would be grateful if you can let me know if this is something you are able to help with. We have recently moved into a property with an ADT alarm. The previous owner cancelled the contract (and we don't require the alarm), however, we have discovered that the alarm is still making daily test calls, which we are being charged for. I contacted ADT and they said I should arrange for an electrician to power down the alarm, and I wondered if this is something you are able to do, and if so, how much would you charge?
