Feedback for House Extensions Wandsworth

I have had some experience in building so I can compare how they performed. Peter Snelson is a very nice person, open and straightforward. The project involved a large side extension and the most difficult part was a huge steel beam spanning some 7.2 metres and weighing 1.5 tonnes. So I specifically looked for a company which would be able to do it. Peter promised to complete the shell in 30 days. The price was reasonable so we agreed.
I was very impressed by the team headed by Taras. I could see from day one that they knew exactly what to do and that they had a clear plan. The materials and tools arrived exactly when needed and they were never idle. As it usually happens, there were some problems: the foundation had to be made much deeper because of some trees nearby, the amount of excavation and the number of containers were exceed but they did manage to complete the main construction in 4 weeks. The shell was actually completed in 5 weeks but this was because of the additional works like a fireplace chimney and a bay window. Still it was an excellent result.
As for the finance I liked the clear system they have. At the end of every week I received a statement with the detailed account of the expenses for wages, materials and skips. They also provided a diagram showing the percentage of the up to date expense in relation to the agreed cost.
I would certainly recommend this comany and will hire them again for the roof conversion.
