Remove existing porch structure, slightly increase size of porch foundation, replace with new porch structure and slightly extend small pitched roof over current porch. Front gable end of bungalow currently clad in wood stained in rosewood stain. We'd like this replacing either with a new hardwood or composite material (and the cladding to match construction material of the new porch).
