Good communication both before and throughout the job. They were able to repair the steps and walls rather than having to remove and replace them which was my original plan and meant a saving financially. They also replaced the disintegrating landing at the top of the steps ready for retiling. They turned up promptly, were friendly and professional throughout, with a great comradery between the team when they worked together. They job was finished quickly and when I had some queries after they had finished they were dealt with promptly by e-mail and then in person. A little more than I'd expected to pay but they were very clear about the pricing from the start. I would definitely use them again.
