Full bathroom install + create kitchen dining room - Bathroom Fitting job in Blackheath, South London

Job description

I am looking for quotes for some building works. There are 2 separate parts to this job and I would like to get written quotes for the full job detailed and the 2 parts separately:
1) rip out and replace bathroom incl. Shower (tiled enclosure), free standing bath, WC, Towel rail, Rad, sink unit, storage cupboard, flooring, wall tiles, and extractor. We would want advice on best layout; whether to stay with the existing layout or swap the shower and sink. We will provide the bathroom suite but may be interested in sourcing some of the materials through you and your contacts. The Bathroom is approx 2m x 4m.
2) knock through part of the wall dividing kitchen and dining room to create approx 2m wide arch. This appears to be a supporting wall so will probably need additional support installed. (There are a power point and light in the section of the wall to be removed). In addtion we will want to close up 2 door ways and create a new door way in a stud partion wall in the Dining room. Skirting, Dado rails and door surrounds will all need to be matched to create a finished look.
The work will be taking place in a 1st floor Victorian flat in Blackheath in South-east London (SE3). We will take care of the necessary permissions for the works but will need all work done to be certified as required.

Feedback for DAC Building

Absolutely delighted with the work that Dragos and Andi have carried out. We had our main bathroom gutted and a new suite including shower unit installed. The work has been carried out to a very high standard and it looks amazing now. We also had the dividing wall between our kitchen and dining room knocked through and some doorways moved to create a better flow through the flat. Again the work has been carried out to an excellent standard and has transformed the flat. I would happily recommend Dragos and Andi. They worked hard, were completely reliable, kept us well informed and they are very good at what they do... even giving us some helpful ideas along the way.
