Lean-to build - Extensions job in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire

Job description

Build lean-to (enclosed veranda) on side of property to create covered storage space/corridor linking driveway to rear garden and brick outhouse. Space is around 8m long and 2m wide. Use timber or UPVC materials. Requires door/gate to front and rear and linking to outhouse. Ground is brick paved with dwarf wall to plot boundary which can be built upon. Raised flooring required, 2 side doors open into this space from the property. The aim is to create a dry usable room for entering the property and storing coats, shoes, prams, bikes and enable covered access from back door into brick outhouse/utility room. I am open to suggestions of the best way to do it. I am the property owner, I have no current plan/design so am seeking a builder to provide a plan and quote with the aim of getting the job done during Jan/Feb/Mar depending on builder availability.

Feedback for Hadley Construction

Excellent work from Dave, best builder I've ever used. It was a big job, outdoors in bad weather conditions and he got it done in time and in budget with excellent communication and care throughout. I will be recommending him to all my friends and booking him for more work in the future.
