We are moving house to this postcode in February and at the moment, it has a galley kitchen next to a large dining room with big conservatory.

We would like to convert the galley kitchen into a utility and downstairs w.c and move the kitchen into the adjoining room. The wall we are planning to have the cooker and sink on is the same wall as in the galley kitchen, just the other side, so i am hoping it will be easier to punch through the wall to make conections rather than having to pull up floors to re-route pipes etc.

We will need the services of a plumber, a sparkie, a corgi, a joiner, (to put a partition wall and door frame for both the new downstairs w.c and utility entrance) and a kitchen fitter!
