Ceiling-lights - Electrical job in Oxford, Oxfordshire

Job description

4 out of 12 kitchen ceiling lights fitted about five years ago have failed - they are whole-lamp fittings, not ones I can buy small plug-in replacements for. Advice needed, but probably best to replace them all with something easier to maintain. (Present lights are dimmable, but that isn't necessary).
