Short circit somewhere around bathroom/kitchen - Electrical job in Paddington, West London
While having some other building work done, I pulled the wrong fuse out of my fuse box, which blew a light switch in the bathroom, and stopped the kitchen extractor fan from working.
I need an electrician to come and figure out what has happened.
I have replaced the blown bathroom light switch, and now when I turn the light off, it trips the fuse. Luckily for me we have a pop out circuit breaker for the lights downstairs.
I also would like a quote for the replacing of the fuse box that I currently have to a more modern one.
Feedback for L&D Building Services
Lucian has replaced the old fuse box with a new one. The job was completed in a timely fashion, and it was a pleasure to work with Lucian. He was neat and tidy and was talkative and very pleasant to have in the flat!
He also tried very hard to fix the lighting problem in the bathroom, but as the ceiling will soon be off, that particular problem can wait till later.
He also solved the "not working kitchen hood" where the switch was turned off in a cupboard and had not been working (or just turned on) for about 6-12 months, in about 5 mins. Amazing.
I would not hesitate to hire Lucian again and would recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician.
