I just bought a property with a relatively small kitchen considering we are a family of five with kids. We decided to extend the kitchen and I being unexperienced in this domain, did not have a clue where to start. Posted the job on My builder and was contacted by Sevda the architect from AVA Home Design. She explained the whole process from survey to design to final build and approvals in detail even before I hired her, this assured me that I am dealing with an architect who is professional but also caring. Their quote was also very competetive.
After we started on the job, she was punctual for the site survey visit, very thorough with the surveys and delivered the building drawing even before the committed date. She discussed our requirements in detail, answered all queries with reason and professionalism. Provided us a few options to choose from and turned around with any amendments within hours!
Once we approved the drawings, she submitted the building drawing to the council for approval on our behalf. Overall I am completely satisfied with the service provided from AVA Home Design and I will definilety use them again for any project of my own, family or friends. Highly recommended!!
