Extension drawings - Architecture job in Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne And Wear

Job description

draughtsman needed for rear extension/double garage.

Feedback for Aspire Architectural Services

All I would say is use at own risk, plans drawn in November, eventually submitted early December, granted permission January (on 8 week mark but notified 2 days later), THEN downhill from there, applied full building regs 1st week feb which is meant to take another 5 weeks-2months but because of errors on drawings/spec/expensive structural calculations not passed on in initial building regs application its going beyond the 5 weeks. not worth hassle for single storey rear and side garage in a council band A area. Maybe i would have been better off using an architect instead of a building surveyor in the first place, for latest drawing software/techniques etc. severely out off pocket now and because of this feedback naturally the rest of the application will be abnormally burdensome, luckily able to abandon and save the £50k, in the end no receipt or drawings, just hassle and time wasted which i tried to avoid by using his agent services in the first place!!
