David and the team are all very nice and we felt confident having them in our home. They took a bit longer than expected as they had problems with their plumber apparently. However everything was done to a high standard in the end. Only issue really was I had specifically asked for my brand new cork floor to be taken care of but it was covered in dust which was a bit annoying as it gets into the hairline gaps between tiles. I also had to hoover out my gas fireplace - which wasn't totally possible. So there was quite a lot of cleaning up and main annoyance was that dust cannot always be totally removed. However, we were very pleased with the job overall and would recommend them. Swung between positive and neutral because of the dust left initially although they came to clean up some afterwards to be fair (we'd already done most) and overall did think it was positive. A fair price as well. Wanted all money before guarantee given, hadn't come across this before but it was in the terms and conditions - we just hadn't spotted it. There was no problem getting guarantee once we'd paid though, not that I'd thought there would be. Do use them, you would be pleased.
