We had a dwarf wall built in spring by a company that has gone out of business before completing their work. Double glazed windows need fitting to the sides, a double glazed door and a polycarb roof need fitting. The walls will need plastering. A new electrical socket needs fitting and another one needs moving. Internal lights need fitting. A water tap needs moving. A waste pipe need fitting. The floor needs a further layer of cement and will need tiling. I have a CAD drawing , that was done for me, on my PC that I can supply to interested parties. Please email me for details. I will not expect tradesmen to be responsible for the work that has been done at any time in the future. Having said that, I would like a secure and dry construction.
