Soil pipe and water supply - Plumbing job in Bath, Avon

Job description

We are adding a bathroom to a already converted loft. There will likely be further work down the line (such as shower fitting etc), but the initial job is to run a new waste pipe horizontally approx. 5m at adequate falls above existing joists and out through the existing all to connect to existing vertical waste stack.

The existing waste stack will need to be raised to allow for adequate ventilation. Access to the external stack is over a single storey extension and scaffold maybe required. (could be arranged by me if needed).

At the opposite end of the new horizontal waste will be a toilet, bath waste and sink which suitable connections will need to be installed for. An air admittance valve will probably be needed also.

New hot and cold water supply needs to be brought up from floor below. Easy access in cupboard below so hopefully not too much work. Both supply of hot and cold can be capped off just above finished floor to future connection.

See attached image. Pipe in red is new waste required. Note side of house wall hidden to show where pipe is running in image.
