This very small flat feels a little bit grubby after a long tenancy recently ended and needs to be freshened up.

It's completely empty of furniture at present and the flooring will be replaced after it's been painted so you won't need to worry too much about moving things/covering them over to prevent splashes etc.

The rooms to be painted are: - hallway - bedroom - living room - (tiny) kitchen

There are three windows in the property and they've suffered with mould from the previous tenants never opening a window. The sealant will therefore need to be pulled out and re-done. One small section of wall next to a window (about 10x15cm) will need to be filled a little before painting as the mould there caused it to shrink/warp.

Just plain white...
