Bathroom shower re-tiled - Tiling job in Bexleyheath, Kent
Water has seeped through the grout (re-done a few years ago - obviously not very well!) in my stand alone shower and has soaked the panel behind and is leaking through the floor.
The shower cubicle will need removing, tiles removed, new panel installed behind because the current one is rotten and the whole thing re-tiled. Would this be a job you are interested?
Feedback for ML Plastering & Building
The job was carried out well in that the leak has been stopped, however, I was very disappointed that the other task we discussed ie. replacing the trim, was not done as this was a key part in my decision to employ you. So sadly what could have been an excellent job was simply adequate.

ML Plastering & Building's reply:
I explained to the customer that in order to replace the tile trim more tiles would need to be smashed to fit the trim. They did not have the matching tiles.
I did not hear anything from the customer.
Should they having contacted me before leaving this unfair feedback i would have done this for them - as the customer is always Right.
