(1) Electric shower (Aqualisa Quartz Electric 10.5kW) is working at half its power. I would like to have it checked to see if the fault can be repaired (pressure switch? power setting switch?) or if I need a new shower.

(2) Ceiling lamp holder in the bathroom is faulty and needs to be replaced. (Only half of the energy-saving bulb is alight. The same bulb works fine when tried in another room.) The current fitting is GX24q-2, but I don't mind what type the replacement would be, as long as it is not something rare and difficult to buy a bulb for.
