Wiring for new kitchen, bathroom and en-suite - Electrical job in Rugby, Warwickshire

Job description

Part P registered electrician work required for new bathroom which is being moved upstairs, new en-suite and rewiring/new wiring for kitchen.

KITCHEN: Lighting circuit present, needs adapting for 6-8 halogen ceiling lights and 3 under wall-cabinet lights. New wiring from fuse box for electric cooker, electric hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine and 4 double wall sockets.

BATHROOM: Lighting circuit can be piggy backed from bedroom which is being partitioned to accommodate new bathroom, to consist of 3 ceiling lights correct for zones. Wiring for extractor fan with isolator switch and an all in one shaving mirror light/shaving socket.

EN-SUITE: Wiring for 2 ceiling lights correct for zones, can be piggy backed from bedroom wiring. Wiring for extractor fan with isolator and all in one shaving mirror light/shaving socket. Combi boiler is present so will have a thermo shower...no shower wiring needed!

PLEASE NOTE: All wiring is for new structures...ie, all walls will be open for quick routing of wires. The floor will be open upstairs for plumbing...which is also the same route for wiring from fuse box to kitchen. Getting to the point, all running of wires will be a doddle and I will expect quotes to reflect this.

This is one of many project in the pipeline and I would appreciate reasonable quotes in expecting more business from me. Work required to be completed by Friday 22nd May and MUST be Part P certified and warranted.

I will be on site all day every day as of Saturday 16th, so on-site quotes welcomed. Many Thanks!

Extremely happy with Gary's work. Very easy to get on with, very hard working and does what he says he'll do. He has also gone out of his way do the right thing with some existing circuits, which many tradesmen would have left even though they were not correct.

Prompt, efficient and a very safe electrician.

I will be using Gary exclusively on future projects houses.
