Two small jobs - need doing by morning of this Friday 6th October if possible: 1) Bathroom light pull cord has snapped inside the switch fitting and I can't get into it. Light and switch seem to be working fine otherwise. 2) Cable between ceiling and bulb in a simple bedroom ceiling light has snapped and needs repairing Mother-in-law at the weekend and I can't face the comments :)
