To design, and help with planning application and build a new garage to the front of the property with a pitched roof and to provide power to the building.

all phases you'll need to arrange skips or muck-away.

Feedback for Hodge Homes Ltd

Steve is always on time. Always polite. Very knowledgeable. Has a great team of guys and knows how to get things done.

We discussed the project and what we could and couldn't do and Steve's team worked around us.

When Steve worked up his estimate we knew there would be some things that we coudn't pin him down on and accepted there would be some over-runs. When it came down to it Steve did his best to keep the extra charges down to a minimum and we're very grateful for this.

We own other properties and have already involved Hodge Homes in a couple of other small projects and hopefully we'll get on to them soon.

We are planning to get the next phase of development at our house underway later this year. We're still working on the final plans and Hodge Homes is very much involved in this and is considered the front runner for the work.

All in all we're very happy with things and can only recommend them to anyone else looking for a builder in West Berkshire, North Hampshire and South Oxfordshire.
