Hi we have a leak coming into our loft during heavy rain. It looks to be a broken tile or possibly the build-up of moss on the roof that is causing it. Wondering if you could take a look at the roof and fix any damage that is causing this leak. It is a bungalow house in Alexandria, thanks.

• Added 24th August, 2017 : It is right beside the chimney stack so it might even be the lead round the base of the chimney that needs replaced.
