Skim kitchen ceiling - Plastering job in Clacton On Sea, Essex

Job description

I've got a kitchen ceiling spilt in 2 sections by a solid beam. One half is roughly 2.3mx2.2m and has new plasterboard in place, just needs skimming over the top of it. The other part of the ceiling is roughly 2.3mx1m and is currently artexed, will need skimming over the top of the artex.
