I am the home owner of the property and we had a water leak from the bathroom into the kitchen, the leak has been stopped and fixed but the damage needs repairing, including replacing the wooden laminate flooring. If you require any additional information please let me know

Scope of works - Kitchen (5.263.072.64) (L,W,H) Take up dispose of and renew existing parquet or solid wood flooring Provide underlay for laminate flooring Provide New laminate flooring Remove existing, dispose of and replace to match. skirting vary profiles maximum depth 225mm Patch repair to plasterboard ceiling including noggins and removal of existing plaster - max 2 x 12.5mm thickness - make good flush to retained areas exceeding 2m2. Remove, replace and top up roof insulation up to 300mm thick. Prepare and apply two coats of emulsion to existing painted or prepared wall surfaces. Prepare and apply two coats emulsion to existing painted or paper ceiling surfaces.
