External - Repair to Roof to eliminate leaks in front bedroom, Repair/Refit guttering to eliminate leaks, Repoint/Refit corbell brickwork under guttering.
Internal - Extend loft hatch (4xSize) and provide loft ladder, Rebuild brick party wall in loft space, Uplift loft insulation to recommended level.
