open up and remodel our existing side extension, connecting the kitchen and conservatory into one connected space. The planning application was approved by the council. The work involves demolishing structural walls and inserting new steel beams, creating a new solid floor with under floor heating throughout, installing a new kitchen, new cloakroom and cupboard, new velux, floor tiling and decoration.

we'd like the job to start mid june as we won't relocate during the work.

THE BUILDER WE AGREED TO WORK WITH IS DELAYING A LOT AND WE REALLY NEED THE WORK TO START ASAP. ALL THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS ARE READY. I CAN SEND IT BY EMAIL.
