we would like our blocked up chimney breast opened up, rendered, a hearth fitted and our new woodburner installed. we would need a flue fitted as well, and the surrouning plaster work around the opening re plastered once it has been opened up. we would choose our own stone for the hearth if it could be cut and fitted by the builder.
Feedback for Andy Yates Fitting Services
Andy Yates was a breath of fresh air from the outset, he replied promptly to all phonecalls and e mails, and answered all our questions in detail. He arrived promptly for the quote and was able to give us some good advice on finishes etc.
the quote he provided was very comprehensive and allowed us to see what all the individual costs were.
the work took just under 2 days and he arrived both days when he said he would. he was well equipped and covered all our floors to reduce the mess caused. the work was completed to a very high standard with no fuss at all.
we are very pleased with the work he completed for us, once we have had the chimney breast plastered and once we have painted we will be sending off pictures which i'm sure he will post on his web site.
i would have no hesitation in highly recommending Andy Yates to anyone.
