Remove internal wall kitchen/dining room - Demolition job in Orpington, Kent

Job description

I need a wall to be removed (I will have rubble removed) in a 1930s semi between kitchen and dining room, I do not think the wall is supporting though will need advice. The wall is 2.6 metres wide and about the same in height, there is one double socket and a light switch to consider though I do not need these relocated as the electrical work will be done separately, and the light switch hasn’t been chased into the wall anyway so I will surface mount it temporarily once the wall as gone.

Let me know if you need more info or wish to visit.

Thanks.

Feedback for ML Plastering & Building

RCL quoted a very competitive price for removing a non supporting wall and completed the job as promised. Rob is very likeable, trustworthy and a good communicator, the confidence he instilled resulted in me hiring him for the full kitchen refurb. (I had planned on hiring trades separately) which included carpentry, plastering, electrical works and plumbing.

RCL have access to all trades and Rob was able to manage his own work and that of others flawlessly whilst keeping us fully updated, we couldn't ask for more! Works were completed to an extremely high standard and bang on schedule, including a few unexpected changes, made by me, which were discussed and completed without fuss. I'd highly recommend RCL, so much so that he has already been contacted by a member my family to quote for works they are planning. Thanks again Rob for a job very well done! Happy Customer.
