Job readvertised due to time waster builder whom promised to phone and failed to after being given the job. please dont quote unless you can and want to carry out the works.

To remove old door and frame, To supply and hang new hard wood standard side door(29"inches width x 75"inches length)including any fittings to garage. To remove and dispose of old door, frame and any other waste products generated during installation .To supply New door handle & mortice lock and install to new door and check for fit and correct operation.To coat all wood with appropriate external wood protective sealant. Price to include all labour and materials and vat if applicable
