I'd like to have a fireplace boarded up and plastered. The gas has been capped. Area to be boarded up is approx 40x60cm

Also in the same property I'd like a small ceiling repair where some water has leaked through from bathroom when the property was rented out previously. The leak is fixed - we just require the ceiling to be patched up to match the rest of the artex.
