Exterior house painting + interior hall/stairs + repair - Painting & Decorating job in Redruth, Cornwall

Job description

  1. Paint outside of house making good (any cracks) as you go.
  2. Paint hall/stairs incl banisters
  3. Repair ceiling over stairs where water ingress has damaged the artex.
  4. Paint outside of stable block.

We are a granite double fronted house but the sides and back are rendered and painted. The windows are upvc so don't need painting. We are having a new roof in April so there will be scaffolding up which may help painting. This would mean doing the decorating of the outside during April if scaffolding is to be used.

Detached House - external decoration/painting.

Shane was extremely helpful in fitting in the external decoration of our house whilst it was being re roofed. He did not complain when we kept having to change dates/requirements.
Shane and his team - Steve, Lee and Mark were friendly and helpful and a pleasure to have around. They also did a nice job on painting our house!
I would certainly recommend them.
We did not proceed with the internal work at this time as we need to re assess the position with regard to the repair work on ceiling.
