Let's be honest - knowing who to trust when you have potentially stressful building work that needs to be completed is really hard. We met so many people about our damp subfloor problem but none of them compared to Ross. I was so impressed by his calm and professional manner and the extent of his knowledge. We were so impressed, we actually went on to hire Ross and his team to renovate our whole house, and he's been absolutely superb.
