Bathroom refurbishment and fitting new suite - Bathroom Fitting job in Windsor, Berkshire

Job description

Room size approximately 2 metres by 2.3 metres floor, standard ceiling height

1. Remove all existing fittings (bath and sink) and tiling, route channel for new electrics (to move shaving plug and add 2 wall lights) and make good walls
2. Remove partition for hot water tank (tank is no longer there)
3. Create small (about 1 metre wide) stud wall to hide pipes coming down from the loft
4. Put down plywood base and tile floor (large 300x300 mm tiles)
5. Tile up to ceiling around bath, half height tiling for 1 wall and splashback above fitted units on 4th wall (100 x 200 mm tiles with thin border strips top and bottom)
6. Move pipes for bath and sink (shouldn't need new outlet)
7. Install new bath with seperate shower head (concealed pipes to run behind stud wall created in point 3) and glass bath screen
8. put in plywood for bath panel and tile to match the wall tiles
9. install new fitted units (fixed) and worktop (precut)
10. plumb new sink into worktop
11. paint untiled wall area
12. install new wall lights and wall mirror

Supply of stud wall materials, plaster, plywood, pipes and wiring needed.
