I have 3 storage heaters located inside my 2 bed flat in Shilton park, Carterton. Two of them do not work. I have had someone look at them who isn't a qualified electrician but has a lot of knowledge of various trades and he has diognosed that it's definitely not the fuses or the switches which just leaves either the fuse box or a loose wire somewhere.
