Extension and new kitchen/wc/utility. - Extensions job in Dronfield, Derbyshire

Job description

We're looking to build a rear extension 3m x 5m on our 1930s semi. The house itself will also require new rendering. The existing back door and part of the wall would need to be removed to create an open plan layout. Internally, the existing kitchen/diner would need to be reconfigured with partition walls to create a WC and utility room. The combi boiler will be moved from upstairs to the new utility room. The chimney breast will need to be removed to create more space for the new kitchen. We already have available the drawings of the proposed development.
