Andrew Newton, the owner of Aran Property Consultants, contacted me right away after I expressed an interest in using his services to draw up plans for a single storey extension. He visited the house the following week and since that time he has been extremely professional with getting the plans drawn quickly for the extension. He has also organised the building regulations aspect in an efficient manner and kept me informed of progress on a regular basis. In addition, and here's the good bit, his fees are very reasonable.
