Bob did everything he said he would do. Good communication, kept us informed, reminded us of our appointment the day before and he turned up on time on the day of fitting.
Our lights were fitted as we wished and discussions with Bob re location produced the right outcome.
We also asked for an outside socket to be fitted and this was done with the minimum of fuss.
A very tidy, helpful person and I will be recommending Bob to other potential customers.
