1) Ceiling mounted light has stopped working, and a replacement bulb has not solved the issue. Diagnose and fix.

2) Wall mounted light broke and bulb fitting is broken as well. Replace fitting.

3) Stairwell light has gone out, and I don't have a suitable ladder to replace the bulbs.
