Plumb in and tile bathroom - Bathroom Fitting job in Southsea, Hampshire

Job description

I have stripped back my bathroom. I have removed the ceiling and most of the floorboards and require the following to be done.

Lay wet underfloor heating. (all kit supplied by me)
this includes
fix batterns to joists
cut and fix insulation to batterns
run underfloor heating pipe on top of insulation
concrete over pipe and insualtion and fix new chipboard for floor

Fix new pasterboard ceiling (to be provided by builder) plaster and paint (paint supplied by me). fix new lights in cieling (provided by me)

Paint window frame and door (paint supplied by me)

Plumb in new bath, shower over bath, sink and toilet (all supplied by me)

make good walls, the walls that are 150 and 120 need either tile backer board or new plasterboard (to be provided by builer)

Tile all walls and floor of bathroom 28 square metres. (tiles supplied by me 25 metres square 30 by 30 5 metres square of 10 by 10, the big tiles are porcelin and need sealing first)

Remove existing towel rail and fit new one

240 x 280 x 130 x 130 x 120 x150. Ceiling hieght 270.

Very very poor. Left the job half way through. And it is going to cost me a lot of money to put right the mistakes left. Several builders have said how poor the job was. The tilling is the worst, do not use
