• Inspect and repair or replace external wood in roof structure and soffits as required
• Inspect roof slates, refit or replace as required
• Inspect and Repair or replace flashings as required
• Inspect and repair or replace render to the rear of the house as required
• Install flashing between rear of original house and flat roof extension
• Examine all gutters and repair or replace as necessary, with particular attention to gutter ending by first floor dormer window to rear of main house.
