Hello we currently have a small stone outbuilding that we would like extending and converting into a habitual dwelling for friends and family to stay in. The outbuilding is currently 18sq meters with no electric/water and would like it to be extended to 41sq meters single story. We are the owners of the property and have plans draw up in CAD. (computer aided design) I would be interested in helping with the project as a labourer but am happy to sit back if this will encumber the build.
