Living room ceiling - Plastering job in Bradford, West Yorkshire

Living room ceiling is artexed (approx 13x13) and would like it covered over if possible. There is also a wall above the cellar steps that has a crack so potentially may need skimming. Not sure of measurements as its above stairs
