Outside is around 40m of 2m high garden fence and 4m of 1m high picket fence in a rear enclosed garden with access from the side next to parking. The big fence in a light coloured varnish please and the little picket fence in a light blue again.

Inside is a 5m hallway inside the front door needing some filler, and walls and woodwork painting. The woodwork is skirting and 4 doors. A bedroom of about 4m x 4m needs the skirting 1 door and window sill as well please. All painting inside in white please. The house is in Lanner, Redruth.
