There is good loft height in this mid terrace ex council 1950's? property. We would like to employ an architect to draw up plans to include a dormer window at the back of the house. The loft would be for a bedroom and en-suite. Some creativity may be needed in figuring out where the stairs to the loft are to go, but there is room in one of the bedrooms to accommodate them if necessary. We have no builder lined up for this yet
