Bob looked at my job and, as it was probably a two-man job, told me straight away he couldn't manage it himself but put me on to another electrician whose area of expertise it was. The second electrician came on the same day Bob made the recommendation, and fixed the problem in 20 minutes! So all in all, a very good experience!
